Under the agreement, AL KHOORY will become Polar Fox Automotive's first distributor in the UAE. AL KHOORY boasts a wide sales network, experienced sales teams, and a highly-rated after-sales service that has earned trust among local consumers. Additionally, the company exclusively represents multiple internationally renowned automotive brands and conducts thorough research on their products' applicability, further enhancing their market influence.
As part of the collaboration, AL KHOORY will establish a dedicated sales and service network for Polar Fox Automotive in the UAE, along with multiple showrooms aimed at promoting Polar Fox vehicles. According to discussions between both parties, the initial order will include 200 units of the ARCFOX model, laying a solid foundation for Polar Fox's further expansion in the Middle East market.
In addition to strategic initiatives in the Middle East, Polar Fox Automotive is accelerating its internationalization process. Data shows that Beijing Automotive Group exported over 78,000 vehicles in the first half of this year, marking a 46.4% year-on-year increase. Particularly, Beijing New Energy products have shown outstanding performance in markets such as Jordan and Israel. Furthermore, Polar Fox plans to launch at least 8 heavyweight models globally within the next 5 years.
In the domestic market, Polar Fox Automotive continues to expand its product line. In August of this year, Beijing New Energy's vehicle sales grew by 109.2% year-on-year, indicating strong growth momentum. The launch of the compact MPV model Polar Fox Koala and the first product in collaboration with Huawei's Smart Select Mode also demonstrate their ongoing efforts in technological and product innovation.
