Remove the front right wheel and fender apron seal.

Take off the V-bank cover sub-assembly.

Detach the V-ribbed belt by releasing the tension counterclockwise using specialized tools.

2.Adjustment: If the tensioner is not functioning properly, ensure that the adjusting bolt is loosened and the fixing nut is secure to prevent further issues.

(a) Using SST, release the belt tension by turning the belt tension-er counterclockwise, and remove the V-ribbed belt from the belt tension-er.

Q2. The tensioner on the A/C drive belt is not working, what do I do?
There is an adjusting bolt and a fixing nut. The nut is what prevents the tension from changing after adjustment by holding the adjuster tight. If you didn't loosen that nut, the adjuster won't move anything.

Q3. After replacing the harmonic balancer and belt tensioner the serpentine belt falls off?
1. You can use a laser pointer to see if each of the pulleys are lined up. Clearly if this did not happen until these pulleys were changed, then would Just lay the pointer in a center groove and point it to the other pulleys and see that it is on the center groove of those.
2. Another way is if you have a belt that is slipping off now, you should be able to install it again and then start the engine and watch it to see what pulley it starts to walk off. Normally (not always) it walks off the one that is not aligned.
